These cylinders are available as sets or individual front and rear. They are supplied undersize and require honing to suit the pistons selected. We can do this in our machine shop and therefore supply these already matched to our pistons.

Piston choices for the Ironhead are limited. For the 1000cc engines Wiseco forged pistons are by far the best option. For the earlier 900cc engines the "import" pistons are the only option.

These side valve cylinders come complete with valve guides installed, sized, and the valve seats cut. The cylinder bores require honing to suit the pistons used. We can do this here in our machine shop to suit our pistons.

Genuine H-D pistons(new old stock) are currently available in limited sizes

Genuine H-D pistons(new old stock) are currently available in limited sizes. They are the split skirt style with the early style rings. We also have a full range of import pistons available which are copies of the late style and accept Hastings rings with the 3 piece oil control rings.
